a) Final report: Analysis framework that points out the main indicators of the diagnostic, in order to acknowledge the situation of the enterprise and facilitate the connection with the CEMUE-PIAPYME services.
b) Improvement plan: Information provided by experts during their visits to the enterprises. The expert must analyze it, integrate it and write it down in a report that, at the end of the process, will be delivered to the enterprise (s) diagnosed. This service is contemplated toward two periods:
1) Short-term: Possible improvements are specified.

Important Notes
1) The diagnostics are offered only to the enterprises who are participating in an integral project managed by CEMUE-PIAPYME.
2) The service is directed, preferentially, to enterprises who are or have been beneficiaries of CEMUE-PIAPYME in any training and/or technical assistance project, although specific cases might be analyzed.
